About Faith & Fitness Academy

Built on Faith,
Driven by Purpose

Faith and Fitness Academy was born out of Tony's personal journey — a journey from the weight room to the Word of God. After years of training clients and seeing the deep need for meaning beyond physical results, Tony heard the call: use fitness as a platform for the Gospel.

Based in Springfield, Missouri, Faith and Fitness Academy is a nonprofit dedicated to transforming lives through Christ-centered fitness. Tony leads every class and training session with an apologetics-based approach — not just sharing what he believes, but why the Christian faith stands on solid ground.

"People come expecting a workout," Tony says. "They leave with something they didn't know they needed — the truth of Jesus Christ."

Our Foundation

Four pillars that define everything we do at Faith and Fitness Academy.

Faith First

Everything we do starts with Christ. Fitness is the vehicle — the Gospel is the destination.

Apologetics-Based Teaching

We don't just quote Scripture — we teach how to understand and defend it. Every class includes real, thoughtful gospel discussion rooted in evidence and reason.

Community & Accountability

We believe transformation happens in community. Iron sharpens iron — we push each other toward Christ-likeness in body and spirit.

The Whole Person

Physical fitness, spiritual growth, and mental resilience. We train the whole person because God made us body, soul, and spirit.

The Apologetics Approach

At Faith and Fitness Academy, we don't shy away from hard questions. Tony's teaching style is rooted in Christian apologetics — the discipline of defending the faith with evidence, reason, and Scripture.

Every class includes time for real discussion. Whether it's the historical reliability of the Bible, the evidence for the resurrection, or the philosophical case for God's existence — no question is off-limits.

"But in your hearts revere Christ as Lord. Always be prepared to give an answer to everyone who asks you to give the reason for the hope that you have." — 1 Peter 3:15
